Hypnosis is no longer a fairy talk shared only by men with bald heads and weird mustaches. Hypnosis is true and its effectiveness is discussed in scores of medical journals dealing about the awesome possibilities of hypnosis as a scientific – perhaps even medical – tool. On the other hand, there is a growing cult movement of people who seek to tap onto the power of confidence hypnosis to better their individual lives. I know you don’t believe everything I just said. But before you dismiss me as just another loon, read on.

Medical students and specialist are in panic mode to come up with better understanding about what hypnosis has been doing to hundreds of lives. In numerous occasions, these life events related to hypnosis are recorded so they cannot just dismiss them as empty fairy talk. More importantly, the medical people are seeing the tremendous possibility that confidence hypnosis as a form of alternative medicine. It is almost a scientific fact that hypnosis when administered properly can produce more beneficial results than chemical anesthesia. When you are in a trance state after being hypnotized, you can forego all feelings of pain and discomfort. Heck, hypnosis does not have harmful side-effects so it is infinitely better than any other form of traditional medicines. And wouldn’t you think it is cheaper as well?

The great powers of confidence hypnosis can be traced from its ability to control or even completely subdue emotions, thoughts and perceptions. Think of the movie Matrix where everything about what’s the real or imagined world is all in the mind. The bottom line is that you can train yourself both ways in hypnosis: make other people do you favors or make yourself do something good that would have been rather difficult in normal circumstances. Hypnosis Weight Loss – Hypnosis To Lose Weight

•December 15, 2008 • Leave a Comment

It is often believed that hypnosis as a technique for change is only applicable for mental issues. And yet it has been known for a centuries as technique to help people change problem behaviors like those related to controlling weight. Thousands of people each year in America successfully use hypnosis to lose weight.

Hypnosis by itself cannot make you lose weight. That is, simply going into a deep trance won’t affect your body weight. Instead hypnosis works by helping the person change their thoughts and feelings towards food and exercise so that they become more motivated to lose weight. Usually a hypnosis session will involve the therapist helping a client enter a hypnotic trance and then help the client to change by presenting useful suggestions to their unconscious mind. All this takes place below conscious awareness so while the client may hear the therapist’s voice through the session the actual change automatically takes place without any conscious action.

Many people are concerned about somehow becoming under the control of the hypnotist or being forced to do something that they don’t want to do. With hypnosis this is actually not possible. You unconscious mind knows what is best for you and will only accept those suggestions that are useful for you. It will not accept any suggestion that is against your deeply held values or place you in any type of danger.

To get the best benefit from a hypnosis session you should see a certified hypnotist who has a lot of experience in using hypnosis to help people lose weight. If possible, you should get a list of clients from the therapist and give them a call to find out they found the hypnotic sessions.

The experience of trance itself is different from person to person. Some people have intense visualizations or none at all. You may hear the therapist’s voice throughout the session or not at all; or you may fade in and out several times.

If you have ever taken a yoga or meditation class you would have experienced something akin to trance. As a matter of fact, a hypnotic trance happens to people everyday. Just think about the last time you daydreamed like on a bus or listening to music and you will know what it is like to go into a trance.

The important thing is to relax and let whatever happens happen and enjoy the process of learning new ways of thinking and behaving. Most issues people have with food and exercise can found deep inside the unconscious mind and through the hypnotic process the therapist will help your unconscious deal with these issues.

Most often the therapist will focus on how you feel about food and exercise. By changing these feelings a therapist can help you take control of your diet and exercise regime to ensure that you follow the correct steps to losing weight. After all, any behavior you do you must think about either consciously or unconscious before you take the action.

This means that hypnosis is often beneficial for those people who have tried various diets and exercise programs over the years but have been unable to follow through. Mind control tricks

Ok so you want to control somebodies mind.

Weather you are curious on the subject or really want to control someone’s mind I think these tips will work great for you.

Note: majority of these tips are covert hypnosis tactics, a few are taken from different persuasion areas such as seduction however.

Tip 1: Build rapport, then build more!

To many people skip the building rapport stage, they find that they would rather induce someone as soon as possible, although this has a possibility of working, the best way to truly get someone in your control is to establish good rapport.

Mirroring: You may have already heard of this, it is proven that if you slowly mirror someone they will automatically begin to feel comfortable around you. What you want to do is slowly mirror them naturally, for instance if the subject scratches their ear, wait 3 seconds and then scratch your chin or cheek.

The results are hard to see, but believe me they are there.

Breathing: Here is another good way, match breathing, this takes practice but works amazing wonders, it also automatically matches the rhythm of their speech pattern. This is by far one of the most powerful tactics out there.

Tip 2: Use stringing words:

Use words such as because or if then statements. For instance,

Because you are reading this you are learning about mind control tricks.

Does this really mean you are learning mind control? No of course not, you could be thinking about something else or doing other things, but it makes the person think that they are. Works better than you would think.

Tip 3: Social proofs.

This is a big one most covert hypnotists avoid, use social proofs. Give them a reason why they should listen to you. Maybe you went rock climbing over the weekend and that makes you fun to hang out with and that’s why they should go with you.

note: Make sure you do not overdo social proofs, actually go out and do stuff! Have some fun, others will join with you quickly.

How To Hypnotize People

A lot of people ask, “Does hypnosis truly work? ” I am going to confirm my answer with some statistics. There was a study not long ago made by a popular health Magazine in America. It it said that about 93 percent of folks were recovered after seven sessions of hypnosis.

This information is an indicator itself that how successful the process is, when it comes to solving various difficulties faced by different folks. Not so many people comprehend that hypnosis is an important treatment and recovery process which is very dynamic in nature. Many people suppose that hypnosis is a pair of magic tricks. But this prejudice is not true.

The majority of people who were under hypnosis claim that they thought they were sleeping. That is because the patient is very relaxed and the subconscious mind leads the hypnotherapist directly to the reason of the trouble. This lets the practitioner see the key reason and then start solving the problem.

Hypnosis should not be nail biting and a person who is being hypnotized is not only relaxed but also realize what is going on. Even then the beauty of the art is that the practitioner convinces a person to do all he or she wants the person to do. That’s why its so powerful to learn how to hypnotize people. Many folks around the world are assured that hypnosis can be effectively used to help people stop smoking and many hold it to be the last tool required for smoking cessation. Another implementation for hypnosis is fat loss as many say that it helped them to get rid of the pounds.

How To Learn Hypnosis

•December 12, 2008 • Leave a Comment

If you want to learn how to become a hypnotist , then some would argue that learning hypnosis would be done best if you were taught by a professional hypnotist, but you will find that hypnotists in the business, will be very secretive about there work and not want to share there skills, probably because they make good money from there simple techniques and also they would like to keep there ring of hypnotists small and tight so competition is kept low.

Hypnosis has been around for many years and can be used for many different things from ‘quiting Smoking’ to ‘Sleep therapy’ to ‘weight loss’. There are many different routes to hypnotizing someone. There are things you need to consider like what sort of person your going to be hypnotizing and the environment around where you decide to hypnotize someone. Before you begin to hypnotize someone you will need some basic equipment to help create a relaxed environment. Without your subject being totally relaxed the methods of hypnosis will not work well, if at all. Hypnotism works well when you use soft relaxing music, which can be something like waves breaking on a beach or something along those lines. You will need to learn how to use a soft soothing voice when talking to your subject.

There are now courses available to the public, much to the dismay of the professional hypnotist. They are very good and informative, usually in the form of CD packs or mp3 downloads to listen to at your own pace.

The stereotypical hypnotist will use a pendulum to help there subject fall under into a state of hypnosis, but to just speak softly and using gentle music can have just as good affect at making someone fall into a day-dream state. According to research hypnosis is just a sate of day-dreaming where the person is left open to suggestion.

As your learning about hypnotism you will be teaching yourself and learning things about yourself. You will need to learn how to combine relaxing music, using your voice softly and creating a calm and pleasant atmosphere. You’ll learn about questions that you have to ask the person, about why they want the treatment and how it may help them. You need to learn how to find out about the person your going to hypnotize, because some narrow minded people with large ego’s tend to be very difficult to hypnotize. It is still in debate about weather or not people can be hypnotized against there will. Shy timid people will usually be very easy to hypnotize.

If your a strong minded person and want to learn hypnosis then now you can with online courses available for download.

Hypnotic Mind Control Stories – How To Control Someone

•December 11, 2008 • Leave a Comment

Do you need some help controlling somebody’s mind? Or maybe you are just curious on the subject.

Either way there is a large study on the use of stories.

Some of the best ways to teach and be taught are through stories. We as a people are captivated by a good story, yet a bad one turns us off.

So how do you keep a story captivating? And most of all how do you control somebody with it?

First Get into your story, too many people do not use an excited voice to entice others, use hand motions no matter how stupid they feel, just keep up with the story.

Second Use metaphors, using metaphors you can get some crazy information off.

Third Use covert hypnosis, this is the mind control part. Use words such as because to stream sentences together. Use some presuppositions, bring up a feeling you want them to experience during the story before hand, get them in the right “mood” or get them ready that they need to feel that. Use other hypnotic mind control stories mixed together to form loops, begin telling one, end off at a cliff hanger to switch to another one. Some experts can mix 2 to 5 stories together! By the end your subject is extremely involved and feels anxious to hear the end to what you are telling them.

Fourth No more filler, no more “ums” and “uhs” These show that you are afraid you do not have their attention and that you are looking for something to fill up the space.

Try to cut these out they help your speech flow.

If you would like more tips and tricks, or for instance if you would like to learn more about presuppositions check out my website.

I have a lot of information there as well as a free course.

How To Hypnotize Someone

Tired of long slow inductions? Ready to learn something fast? Here are some quick Covert Hypnosis inductions that work both in normal therapy or stage hypnosis, but were made for covert hypnosis.

First if I could say I think that the hypnosis community has shunned covert hypnosis a little too much. It seems they always fall into the “Really like it, or really hate it” category. I have found all covert hypnosis inductions to work for me, and find that they help in a real hypnosis setting too.

What I am talking about with how to hypnotize someone in seconds however is confusion inductions.

Not just any confusion induction either, most hypnotists understand the basics behind a confusion induction, however they do not use them too often.

You see I find that if you get someone on an involved track (Pacing and leading) and then throw a confusion induction at them like “I did not buy the yellow shoes” You can easily hypnotize them, if it is in a stage or therapy setting just use the confusion induction handshake on them, anchor it, and then use that later when you try to hypnotize them.

OK so how to hypnotize someone in seconds. Here is a challenge to you, go up to someone you already know and are good friends with, begin talking about something, maybe a joke you heard the other day, or maybe a story or well something that will involve them.

Then in the middle look at them and say either “STOP Have you seen my four foot wall?” or “STOP I did not buy the yellow shoes” They will usually look confused, repeat it one or two times, then ask them for their wallet or whatever command you want to give, make sure it is ethical however.

If performed right you will probably be surprised by the outcome.

If you would like to learn more, or you are having trouble with this method come check out my website.

I have a lot of other information on different ways you can learn more Hypnosis tricks and ways one how to hypnotize someone in seconds.

To your success.
